Starting his career as an Electrical Engineer graduating from University of Peradeniya in 1999, Prabath has a cumulative experience in renewable energy sector for more than 20 years.He also holds Management Qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountancy (CIMA) of UK (1993-1998) & is qualified in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing UK (1993-1998). His experience extends to the area of development and marketing renewable energy projects as well. Prabath has also extended his ventures internationally to Sub-Saharan Africa. He has been involved the in development, planning, construction and commissioning and operation of more than 25 utility scale renewable power plants which includes large number of small hydropower (75 MW cumulative capacity), wind, solar and bio-mass power plants.
Lakmal is a Chartered Civil Engineer having graduated from the University of
Peradeniya in 2000. He is a member of the Institute of Engineers, Sri Lanka
and
the Institute of Structural Engineers, Sri Lanka. He holds a Master's in
Business
Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University. He also has a Post
Graduate Diploma in Construction Management.
He has more than 20 years of local and overseas experience in renewable
energy projects, construction management, project planning and, business
management and administration.
An electrical engineer by profession, Udara is a graduate from the University of Peradeniya, specialized in Power and Telecommunication Engineering. He is an associate member of the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka. He has over 12 years of experience in the small Hydro power sector in selection and installation of electro-mechanical machinery & equipment, providing IoT solutions for power plant automation and, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of power plants.
Chathuranga was graduated from the University of Moratuwa specialized in Electrical Engineering. He is an associate member of the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka and is currently reading for Masters in Electrical Engineering. He has over 06 years of experience in renewable energy project development. Chathuranga is an accredited consultant for small hydro and solar PV projects at the Sri Lanka Sustainable Energy Authority. He has over 06 years of experience in renewable energy project development.
Darshana leads the finance division of PHE and he is a graduate from the Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo. He has over 2 years of experience in auditing and 6 years of experience in accounting and renewable energy project financing.
Chandana is leading the regulatory compliance, approvals and administrative functions of renewable energy projects. He has vast experience in managing regulatory compliance of more than 50 renewable energy projects. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Marketing Management.
Susitha is a Quantity Surveyor by profession having graduated from the University of Birmingham City, UK. He is a technical member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyor, Sri Lanka. Susitha has more than 7 years of experience in renewable energy projects and also in supply of GRP Pipes and products for water supply and sewerage projects. He has been engaged in Oil and Gas production projects in Central Asia.
